How to Give by E-Transfer
- Log in to your online banking account
- Select the option to Send via INTERAC e-Transfer
- Add Mercy Ships Canada as the recipient. Recipient email: msca@mercyships.ca
- If required, set a security question that is simple and easy for our team to guess
⚠️ Important Final Step to Receive a Donation Receipt
In the message section, please include:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Mailing address
- Email address
This information allows us to issue your official donation receipt.
Note: For INTERAC e-Transfer donations made on Dec 30th and Dec 31st, 2025, the donation date will be the date on which Mercy Ships Canada receives the Interact e-Transfer notification.
What happens next?
- You’ll receive a confirmation email from your bank once the funds are sent
- Mercy Ships Canada will process your donation
- Your tax receipt will be issued within two weeks of receiving your donation
