Send an e-Transfer

Send Mercy Ships Canada a donation via email, directly from your bank to ours. We can accept transfers from Canadian banks in Canadian currency.
Here is how to do it:
- Navigate to your online bank account.
- Find the Send via INTERAC e-Transfer option.
- Add Mercy Ships Canada as a recipient, and use msca@mercyships.ca as our contact information.
- If you’re required to use a security question, choose something that our team can easily guess.
IMPORTANT: Include your full name, phone number, mailing and email addresses in the message section to receive an official donation receipt.
- You’ll get a confirmation email from your bank that we have received the funds, and your official donation receipt will be send within two weeks of the donation being processed.
Note: For INTERAC e-Transfer donations made on Dec 30, 2024, and Dec 31, 2024, the donation date will be the date on which Mercy Ships Canada receives the Interact e-Transfer notification.
