From time to time throughout the year Mercy Ships Canada’s members have to travel. We travel to meet with existing donors, to attend medical and corporate conferences in hopes of meeting new volunteers and donors, to speak in front of large audiences about our mission and to nurture partnerships.<\/p>\r\n\t\t\t\t\"Gamai\"\r\n

\r\n\t\tHow collecting Air Miles helps\r\n\t<\/h2>\r\n\t

Donating Air Miles or loyalty points to Mercy Ships Canada is an original and useful way to support a cause without spending money directly. <\/p>\r\n1. Facilitating transport and travel<\/strong>
\r\n– Charitable organizations often use Air Miles to cover travel expenses for volunteers and employees.
\r\n– This reduces our operational costs and allows us to devote more resources to our programs.
\r\n\r\n2. In-kind support<\/strong>
\r\n– If you can’t make a monetary or material donation, your unused Air Miles can still make a tangible impact for a cause close to your heart.
\r\n\r\n3. Reduce waste<\/strong>
\r\n– Air Miles often expire if not used. By donating them, you put them to good use for a good cause, instead of wasting them.
\r\n\r\n4. Minimal impact on your finances<\/strong>
\r\n– Unlike cash donations, giving Air Miles has no direct impact on your budget, but can still make a significant contribution.
\r\nIt’s a simple but powerful way to help organizations reach their goals and make a difference.\r\n
